solid stay with minor hiccups
great artwork friendly staff delicious breakfast
The lobby was a nice place. It allowed for relaxation outside of the room. i admired the hotel art work, it was fantastic. It really added to the atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful. happy hour was also great and the breakfast proved delicious, starting my days well.
I noticed the toilet and shower doors opened directly into the room. This impacted privacy. the toilet door used frosted glass, so visibility was a problem for both my friend and me when using the toilet. this setup felt awkward, particularly if traveling with a colleague.

The room included a comfortable bed. It was plush and inviting after a long day. the frost on the windows provided privacy without completely blocking light. there was also a modern graffiti art style visible throughout the premises.

The staff provided good advice regarding local restaurants. They suggested experiences and tours. the team members were always pleasant. They provided immediate help upon request. service standards was very high throughout my stay.

malfunctioning air conditioning non functional phone
the air conditioning malfunctioned , presenting quite a challenge. it repeatedly shut off, displaying an error code. contacting reception proved difficult as the phone in the room was not functional. this meant a trip downstairs to address the issue, a process repeated several times throughout the night (it was quite late, around 11 pm).

The shower was a real problem. The shower head would not stay in place. Water flowed out from under the shower screen, it persisted It was annoying to deal with

cleanliness quality shampoo coffee machine crown vicinity
the cleanliness was notable the room was well kept. shampoo conditioner and body cleanser were good quality. a nespresso coffee machine was unexpectedly provided in the room. the location is close to crown and some good restaurants are there plus the tram stop and sky observatory are nearby.
the noise was a bit much i could hear conversations from other rooms it was hard to sleep

The staff was very attentive and readily assisted with minor issues. The lobby bar and restaurant were convenient, with a good range of options. The hotel's location offered easy access to numerous dining options. I appreciated how quiet and dark the room was,.
The discounted parking was a short walk from the hotel (approximately 7 minutes).
